Ricci provides warranty support for eligible remote control lawn mower defects in materials or workmanship under normal operation and maintenance conditions.
Spare Parts Support
Ricci can provide spare parts support, maintenance guidance and after-sales assistance for compatible Ricci machinery and replacement parts.
Non-Warranty Situations
Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, normal wear parts, accidental damage, operation outside recommended conditions, or damage caused by third-party repair without Ricci approval.
