By placing an online order with Ricci, you agree that the order is for the product, quantity and price shown at checkout. Ricci may contact you to confirm product configuration, delivery availability and shipping details before dispatch.
Product Price
Product prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may not include customs duties, import taxes, remote-area surcharges, or other local charges required by the destination country or region.
Payment Confirmation
Online card payment is processed through Stripe. Bank transfer may be available for wholesale, distributor or bulk orders after Ricci confirms order details.
Shipping Cost and Delivery Availability
Shipping cost and delivery availability may need manual confirmation for machinery, remote areas, restricted addresses, oversized cargo or freight services. Ricci will contact the customer if shipping details require confirmation before dispatch.
Import Duty and Tax Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges and local compliance requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing and delivery time may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, configuration and destination.
Bulk Order and Dealer Order Policy
Ricci supports OEM, ODM and distributor cooperation. For bulk orders, dealer orders or customized machinery, please contact Ricci for a formal quotation, production schedule and shipping plan.
